  • As much as we understand the urgency and frustration of a job seeker, we are bound by the requirements of our clients. We work hard to try and close out each position as efficiently and effectively as possible by shortlisting candidates who have the right skills and background. However, the final decision is made by our clients on the basis of various criteria; including but not limited to presentation, communication, and other job focused requirements.

    1. Basic details
      Include your name, address, phone numbers and email address so that any interested employers can contact you easily. Information such as picture, nationality, age, gender, and driving license status are optional but are very important in the Middle East as they give the employer a clearer picture of your profile; thereby increase your chances of landing your desired position.
    2. Work experience
      List your most recent position first, continuing in reverse chronological order including the name, location, website and dates of your employment for each company you have worked for.
    3. Education
      In reverse chronological order give brief details of your academic and professional qualifications along with the grades you achieved.
    4. A clear and simple layout
      It should be clear to anyone reading your CV where to find the information they’re looking for, with enough ‘white space’ to ensure they’re not overawed at first glance.

  • Please note that we DO NOT encourage walk-ins at our offices due to the below reasons:


    1. As a precautionary measure against COVID-19, we have limited any kind of external visits to our office.
    2. We understand the burden of expenses while on a job search - fuel / transportation costs, CV printing costs, etc. and hence in order to save the time, money and energy of our candidates, we have designed a simple and systematic mode of digital application through our website wherein the candidates are shortlisted based on their skills & expertise matching the requirements of the roles and then contacted directly by our consultants for interviews.

  • All our current openings are listed on our Jobs page. Agile Consultants services clients from various industries with our predominant focus on the Manufacturing, FMCG, Management Consulting, and Information Technology sectors. Therefore, we have roles with varied requirements in various parts of the United Arab Emirates.
  • A large majority of our clients prefer candidates who have UAE or Middle East experience and are currently working in the UAE. However, occasionally, our clients do consider overseas candidates for specific roles. For roles that are open to considering candidates from overseas, we outline the same in the job description on our website. Lastly, even in cases when a client is open to international candidates, they would prefer if the individual is present in the UAE on a visit visa to meet for interviews and other formalities.
  • On average, we have over 90,000 visitors to our website each month. Most of whom apply for various roles and unfortunately, our consultants are unable to respond to all requests, especially rejections. We try our best to provide feedback to all candidates who were shortlisted but did not make the final cut. If you have not heard back from one of our agents within 1 month of your application, please note that your profile has not been successful for that particular role. You are free to apply for any other roles that match your skills and experience.
  • Agile Consultants does not charge any fees to candidates. Please note that we do not have any affiliates in other countries and we do not charge our candidates before, after or during the recruitment process.
  • After submitting your application for a job, you should receive an email confirming that your application has been received. It may take up to 30 minutes for you to receive this message. If, after 30 minutes, you have still not received the email confirmation:

    1. Check your junk / spam email folder.
    2. Check that the email address that you used for the application process was the correct one.
    3. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us.
  • For each job that we post online, we receive around 500 - 1000 applications before it is successfully closed. Hence, handling the roles through a common email tends to be very time consuming for our consultants as they would need to review each CV individually without clear definition of where would be a good fit since a CV could be a good fit for a different role that may be managed by another consultant. Also, by reviewing the application forms, recruiters have a better assessment of the candidate’s interest in the role. The best way to apply for a role is to visit our Jobs page and apply directly for any roles that are a good match to your profile.
  • Agile Consultants posts genuine job openings from our clients within the UAE and Middle East, wherein deserving candidates have been successfully placed with esteemed organizations in the region. To further clarify, our Google review page provides a good insight from our candidates who have been sourced by our team. 

  • Our clients vary in size and structure. Each company has a fixed budget for the salaries of their staff which may vary depending on various factors. We understand and respect the budget constraints of our clients and find them candidates who are genuinely interested to join within the set budget. 

  • Agile Consultants does its best to be digitally responsive to all its patrons. Although, the volume of requests can sometimes be overwhelming. However, if the expectation is in terms of responding to every single applicant who have applied for any given position then that would be manually impossible for the number of CVs we receive each day. The shortlisted candidates are contacted for further assessment.

We also have WhatsApp and Telegram groups through which we notify our patrons once a new job is posted.

  • This statement may make your profile look weak and may ruin your chances of finding a job successfully. A recruiter looks for candidates who are focused and confident about their field of expertise. Hence, avoid stating that you need any job, instead do your research and apply for the job that you are really good at. 

  • The answer to this question depends on a lot of factors. Though most clients prefer candidates locally available for the ease of visa process and other formalities, some of them do accept candidates from overseas for the very niche and specific roles for which the locally available talent pool is limited. 
  • An employment visa is provided by the client upon hiring and in certain cases when the hired candidates are on parent / spouse sponsorship visa, the required labor card, as per the authorities, will be provided by the client.

  • Please note that we do NOT charge our candidates any fees for the service that we provide. We only bill our clients once the entire process is complete and this can sometimes take over 60-90 days. To balance our expenses during this time, we have implemented Google Ads.
