As much as we work for our clients to fulfill their hiring requirements, we take special time to understand the troubles and grievances of job seekers. Our agents take an effort to listen and understand our patrons to create a strong professional bond at the client and candidate end, something that we noticed was missing with most recruitment agencies in the UAE.

2. How can I get a job?

Being socially active, we take pride in our website, social media channels, and e-communication networks. The best way to apply for a position is to visit our website at Jobs page and apply for any jobs that match your skills and experiences. We encourage job seekers to only apply for roles that clearly match their profiles. Applying for multiples roles in different fields does not improve your chances but can be damaging for your profile.

3. I need a job immediately, how can Agile Consultants help me?

As much as we understand the urgency and frustration of a job search, we are bound by the requirements of our clients. We work hard to try and close out each position as efficiently and effectively as possible by shortlisting candidates who have the right skills and background. However, the final decision is made by our clients on the basis of various criteria; including but not limited to presentation, communication, and other job focused requirements.

4. I saw a job opening online, how can I apply to the job? Is the job vacancy still open?

All positions that are listed on our website are currently open and accepting resumes. Please visit Jobs page and apply for any jobs that match your skills and experiences. We encourage job seekers to only apply for roles that clearly match their profiles.

5. What are the Key Features that I should mention in my CV?

  • Basic details

Include your name, address, phone numbers and email address so any interested employers can contact you easily. Information such as picture, nationality, age, gender, and driving license status are optional but are very important in the Middle East as they give the employer a clearer picture of your profile; thereby increase your chances of landing your desired position.

  • Work experience

List your most recent position first, continuing in reverse chronological order including the name, location, website and dates of your employment for each company you have worked for.

  • Education

In reverse chronological order give brief details of your academic and professional qualifications along with the grades you achieved.

  • A clear and simple layout

It should be clear to anyone reading your CV where to find the information they’re looking for, with enough ‘white space’ to ensure they’re not overawed at first glance.

6. Where is your office located? Can I come to your office for an interview?

Please note that we do not conduct walk-in interviews. Unless your profile has been shortlisted, we do not conduct any interviews. Once shortlisted, a candidate may be invited to visit our office for initial rounds of interviews. Agile Consultants has offices in JLT, Dubai and RAKEZ Amenity Center, Ras Al Khaimah; however we service clients all over the UAE and the GCC region.

7. Do you have a job in XYZ field?

All our current openings are listed on our Jobs page. Agile Consultants services clients from various industries with our predominant focus on the Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, and Real Estate markets. Therefore, we have roles with varied requirements in various parts of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Do you hire international candidates?

A large majority of our clients prefer candidates who have UAE or Middle East experience and are currently working in the UAE. However, occasionally, our clients do consider overseas candidates for specific roles. As a candidate, it is best to contact our agent directly through email or phone and get more information about the role and whether it is open to international candidates. Lastly, even in cases when a client is open to international candidates, they would prefer if the individual is present in the UAE on a visit visa to meet for interviews and other formalities.

9. I applied 3 months before but haven’t heard from Agile Consultants. What is status of my application?

On average, we receive around 8000 visitors to our website. Most of whom apply for various roles and unfortunately, our agents are unable to respond to all requests, especially rejections. We try our best to provide feedback to all candidates who were shortlisted but did not make the final cut. If you have not heard back from one of our agents within 1 month of your application, please note that your profile has not been successful for that particular role. You are free to apply for any other roles that match your skills and experience.

Agile Consultants does not charge any fees to candidates. Please note that we do not have any affiliates in other countries and we do not charge our candidates for any of our services.

12. How can I verify that my CV / application has been received after applying online?

After submitting your application for a job, you should receive an email confirming that your application has been received. It may take up to 30 minutes for you to receive this message. If, after 30 minutes, you have still not received the email confirmation:

  • Check your junk / spam email folder.
