Cost Accountant – Manufacturing Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
• Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
• Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs

Job Requirements: 

• Should be from the manufacturing industry
• Open to hiring candidates from India
• Candidate must have experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG background
• Mandatory ICAEW is required
• The job demands overseas travel
• Relevant experience and strong working knowledge of management accounting practices
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Proven experience of working in job costing environment
• Strong spreadsheet skills, preferably MS Excel, and high level of competence in the use of other IT systems

Salary:

AED 7,000 – 8,000
