Job Responsibilities:
– Deep knowledge of the facility management and implementation.
– Supervise and direct all maintenance staff.
– Ensuring accurate production and control of planned maintenance & maintaining records of all maintenance works.
– Planning and executing routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines.
Job Requirements:
– Mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering background.
– Similar experience of 3 to 5 years.
– Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Knowledge of Project Management.
– Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added value.
– Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
– Good communication skills.
– Good English skills both spoken and written.
