Job Responsibilities:
– Carry out the job assigned for water treatment for customer.
– Liaison with sales team, contractors, and our suppliers and provide smooth water treatment to our client.
– Developing process engineering in support of day-to-day operations, maintenance and monitor activities.
– Monitoring / evaluating performance & maintaining water treatment plant.
– Troubleshooting in the following areas: Cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, wastewater, domestic water, swimming pool water, Grey water, TSE recycling treatment etc.
– Providing technical inputs for operating procedures.
– O&M of UF, RO, MBR, DAF, MMF, Softener, UV, Cu-Ag ionization, De-ionization, Dialysis, CSSD, pumps etc.
– Commissioning & Troubleshooting, coordinating with suppliers for water treatment controllers / dosing systems.
– Programming & Interface the controller to BMS/SCADA and Control Panels / Electrical Panel.
– Knowledge on Ethernet/IP address communication.
– Review current treatment program (Case Study) & provide enhanced technical support.
– Corrosion coupon monitoring.
– Biological control measures based on onsite spot/lab test methods.
– Calibration of special sensors like PTSA, Fluorometers, Online corrators, Turbidity, ORP etc.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience as Service Engineer in the chemical division of water treatment industry.
– Education: Engineering in Chemical.
– UAE Driving License is mandatory.
