Job Responsibilities:

– Support in all aspects of work mainly pertaining to servicing of Water Treatment chemicals to the existing and new customer.

– Provide both sales and technical support to Licensees and customers.

– Cognizant of the requirements of the budget and use your best endeavors to assist the company in achieving this budget, maintaining commercial awareness in conducting your job.

– Meeting the monthly and overall target will be a Key Result Area for the performance of this function. It would be part of your responsibility of maintaining commercial awareness in conducting your job.

– Maintain good business relationship with the customer independently. You will maintain schedules and reports of work planned and completed in accordance with the administrative systems operated by the company.

– Analysis of pH, Conductivity, Alkalinity, Hardness, Silica, Iron, Turbidity, OP O4 as per the customer requirements, trouble shooting in chlorination systems, monitoring of Deposits, bio fouling and Corrosion coupons, analyzing total bacterial count and sulfurs reducing bacterial count, Implementing and training of safe working environment.

– Liaise with our sales team, consultants, contractors and our suppliers. In conducting your work, you will observe all Health and Safety directives or guidelines in force in the company and as may be imposed by the customer. You will be expected act in a safe responsible manner at all times.

– Following regular sampling schedules based on our scope, collecting samples from different locations as required, quality control in work: example checking for signs of contamination, personnel hygiene measures.

Knowledge Requirements:

– Cooling water and boiling water treatment.

– Ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis and de-mineralized operations.

– STP (SBR, MBR and conversion plat operations).

– Sludge treatment (Thickening, De-Watering, Belt Press).

– Maintaining and reduction of MLSS, DO, BOD, COD, NH3, OP O4, TSS, TDS.

– Maintaining of SBR and Clarifier Systems.

– Maintain PH, Conductivity, Alkalinity, Hardness, Silica, Iron, Turbidity, OP O4 as per customer requirements.

– Maintaining Pressure Sand filters, Multi grade filters, Activate carbon and ultra‑filtration.

– Coordinate with quality department to check-up the necessary qualities of all water parameters as per customer requirement.

– Trouble shooting in chlorination systems.

– Monitoring of deposits, bio-fouling and corrosion in heat-exchangers.

– Analyzing bacterial counts and Sulphur reducing bacterial counts.

– Materials storage and staking.

– Resource planning for the Plants – Materials, Manpower, Equipment’s, etc.

– Recruitment and training of Site personnel.

– Work allocation and monitoring of work progress of site thru site personnel.

– Preparing and implementation of Plant maintenance schedule.

– Monitor and reporting of site progress thru MIS.

– Implementing and training of safe working environment for workers.

– Maintenance of Rotary and Stationary equipment’s in Chemical Concern.

– Experienced in Maintenance, maneuvering of plant personnel, Condition Monitoring of.

– High-Pressure Pumps, Blowers, Different types of Critical Pumps, and preparing, implementing the PM Schedule.

– Stationary equipment like, UF Membranes, RO Membranes, RORR Membranes.

Job Requirements:

– B Tech – Chemical / B Sc. Chemistry or equivalent.
4+ years in Maintenance company, Facilities Manager or Water Treatment.
– Candidates from overseas with experience in water treatment industry will also be considered.
