As an Accounts Receivable Officer in our Trading - Fragrance & Cosmetics division based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records related to accounts receivable. This role involves ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and managing customer accounts.Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and communicate with customers to ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and update customer information.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare aging reports and analyze customer payment trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer queries and concerns.
- Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Process and allocate payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status.

- Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable.
- Must have UAE experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally.
- Dynamic and presentable with experience working in customer-facing environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
