The Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and construction activities at Al Qaffay Island in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architectural design and project management within the UAE construction industry. The incumbent will work diligently to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects in line with industry standards and project requirements.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate architectural plans with structural requirements.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 2D and 3D drawings, to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, address design challenges, and provide effective solutions throughout the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project delivery within the designated timelines and budget constraints.

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience as an Architect, with at least 5 recent years spent working in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional certification or licensure is preferred.
