IT (Software & Hardware Solutions)Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) role requires a dynamic individual, preferably female, under 30 years old, with a strong background in hard-core IT sales, particularly adept at lead generation and closing deals. This position involves sourcing and securing new clients for IT software and hardware solutions. While candidates of all nationalities are welcome, preference will be given to Westerners, and both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.Job Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into clients.
- Source and sign on new clients for IT software and hardware solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of IT products & solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Proven experience in IT product/solution sales, specifically in lead generation and closing deals.
- Young, preferably under 30 years old, with a track record in the IT sales sector.
- Experience in acquiring new clients rather than solely managing existing accounts.
- Proficiency in selling both IT software and hardware solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to all nationalities, but preference given to Westerners.
