Customer Service Representative

Location: Sharjah

Work Timings: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., six days a week

Job Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure efficient and timely customer service.
  • Assist in processing orders and resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide customers with guidance on product selection and usage.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback for service improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 2-5 years of customer service experience in the UAE.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is required.
  • Native Arabic candidates with excellent fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
