Job Scope:The scope of a Financial Business Analyst contains a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing financial performance and strategic decision-making within an organization. This role involves developing and analyzing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, conducting detailed financial modeling and valuation, and IPO processes. Financial Business Analysts evaluate and structure complex financial deals, provide strategic financial advisory to senior management, monitor key performance indicators, and manage financial risks.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses for potential M&A deals, investments, and IPOs.
- Perform due diligence and prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to support corporate goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Support the development of long-term financial plans and forecasts.
- Perform extensive research, when required.
- Lead and manage various aspects of the M&A process, including target identification, negotiation, and integration.
- Support IPO processes, including the preparation of required documentation, liaising with external advisors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisory teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Prepare and present financial analyses and findings to senior management, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including investment banks, consultants, and legal advisors.
- Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the Data.
- Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
- Carrying out assigned tasks in a safe manner.
- Attend HSE Training and Drills.
- Supervise and monitor the safety of the team.
- Report on any unsafe conditions and practices at the workplace.
- Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Authority.
Job Requirements:- MBA from a top university is preferred.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models using Excel or other financial software.
- Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis.
- Ability to prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ability to apply industry knowledge to inform financial analysis and decision-making.
- Experience in working with banking institutions, consulting firms, or similar environments.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure and written communication skills.
