Job Summary:
This HR Business Partner (HRBP) role in the manufacturing industry and will focus on strategic HR support to drive business objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Candidates must be Saudi nationals with a solid understanding of local labor laws, cultural sensitivities, and manufacturing sector requirements. They should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration, complemented by HRBP experience in Saudi Arabia's manufacturing sector.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies in line with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on various HR matters including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement tailored HR initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies within the manufacturing domain.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Spearhead employee engagement programs to cultivate a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver training, development programs, and manage HR projects specific to manufacturing.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner within the manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • In-depth knowledge of KSA labor laws, regulations, and cultural dynamics within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Availability to join based on the company's timeline.
