They should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Business Administration, complemented by HRBP experience in Saudi Arabia's manufacturing sector.Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies in line with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on various HR matters including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement tailored HR initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies within the manufacturing domain.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Spearhead employee engagement programs to cultivate a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver training, development programs, and manage HR projects specific to manufacturing.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner within the manufacturing sector in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA labor laws, regulations, and cultural dynamics within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
