Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling and support to employees.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the industry.

Job Requirements:
  • HR experience in the events/exhibitions or fabrication industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
  • Proven track record in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
