Our client, a group with subsidiaries in the field of technology, investment, real estate, and production is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 15 years of overall experience and a track record of at least 5 years of stability within the same company. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the full HR life cycle process, with a focus on recruitment, and must have at least 7 years of dedicated experience in each domain. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong technical background in setting up HR departments from inception, implementing HRIS, and familiarity with UAE labor laws and Free Zone regulations.Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR life cycle process, focusing on recruitment, from inception to onboarding.
- Establish HR policies and procedures, setting up HR departments, and implementing HRIS.
- Proficiency in handling Free Zone HR portals and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize metrics on recruitment, turnover, retention, and employee engagement to enhance performance.
- Manage senior management, fostering an international work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Minimum of 15 years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5 years' stability in one company.
- Extensive exposure to the full HR life cycle and recruitment process, with at least 7 years' dedicated experience in each.
- Proficiency in setting up HR departments from scratch and implementing HRIS.
- Deep understanding and practical application of UAE labor laws and Free Zone employees' regulations.
- Proficiency in metrics utilization for performance enhancement purposes.
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 certification.
- Western candidates are preferred for this role.
- Ability to work in an international environment and manage senior management.
