Job Brief:
Our client in the equipment trading industry is looking for an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the organization’s technology operations in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems implementation, Oracle-based platforms, and project management, while ensuring secure, efficient, and cost-effective technology solutions across the business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
  • Plan and execute IT initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle-based ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Ensure robust data protection, regular backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure performance and implement timely upgrades or patches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to assess and fulfill their technological needs.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and value-driven decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the internal IT team.
  • Lead IT-related project implementation from planning through execution.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of IT management experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years with Oracle systems (NetSuite experience is mandatory).
  • Proven track record in IT project implementation and infrastructure planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
