Job Responsibilities:

Possess a good understanding of techniques and methodologies, including the sequence of works, with managerial experience.
Analyze plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation to estimate costs for prototypes and production.
Research, source, negotiate, and obtain the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors by coordinating with the Purchaser.
Prepare costing and estimation for all prototypes and production activities.
Plan materials and components for all factory production processes.
Ensure prototypes align with the prepared estimations.
Prepare costing sheets as per project requirements.
Allocate job numbers and enter them on job cards created in the ERP system.
Update material requisitions in the ERP system.
Maintain a logbook for costing sheets.
Ensure proper maintenance of records for verification of estimation processes.
Exhibit key skills including a strong command of English (written and spoken), efficient time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Be proficient in computer applications, including AutoCAD, MS Projects, and MS Office.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in a sheet metal and manufacturing industry
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in AutoCAD, MS Projects, and proficiency in MS Office
Strong analytical and research skills
Practical experience with purchasing software
Familiarity with the UAE market
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Efficient time management and ability to work independently
Age: 22 to 30 years
