Job Brief:
We are looking for a Logistics Executive (Import/Export) to manage international trade operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments. The ideal candidate should have experience in import/export logistics, a strong understanding of incoterms, and prior experience in the chemical manufacturing or trading industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth cargo movement.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade policies for import/export operations.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Manage foreign trade operations and liaise with government authorities for necessary approvals.
• Monitor freight costs and negotiate with transporters to optimize shipping expenses.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of shipments, including real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Handle regulatory requirements for chemical shipments, including hazardous materials.
• Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers and transporters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
