Job Purpose:
Manage marketing programmes and initiatives, ensure efficient allocation of teams and resources, maintain brand standards and integrate compliance processes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Projects: Plan and execute marketing projects, ensuring operational measures and budget control are maintained.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate product launch strategies in cooperation with Business Unit management, the divisional marketing team, and other relevant departments.
  • Content Creation and Management: Ensure up-to-date product literature, develop relevant content for different communication channels, and monitor website content for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaboration with Technical Department: Create essential documents and materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Updates: Continuously update technical statements, especially those related to product performance.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage various events, including trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and training.
  • Market Analysis: Procure, process, and evaluate market and competitive data as well as facilitate customer surveys.
  • Team Management: Oversee capacity planning, task allocation and performance for the subordinate marketing team.
  • Reporting & Administration: Regularly report on marketing activities to the direct manager and regional management.
  • Miscellaneous Responsibilities: Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor, relevant to the role or based on operational needs.

Job Requirements:
  • Master's degree in marketing, economics, business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey the right marketing message to the right audience at the right time in an engaging and convincing way.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and work closely with everyone efficiently.
  • Curiosity, innovative thinking, and creativity.
  • Analytical skills to classify and analyse data and assess the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Project management skills to deliver multiple campaigns and projects, with good planning and execution skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify an issue, evaluate the situation, come up with the best possible solution.
  • Marketing campaign management.
  • Marketing KPI management.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry standards.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications.
  • Proficient use of website CMS (content management system).
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Solid knowledge of social media channel usage and analytics.
  • Proficient use of newsletter/emailing programme.
  • European candidates are preferred due to business requirements.
