The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the brand into its next phase of expansion. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in managing and scaling operations, driving profit, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our coffee outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and product quality.
- Team Leadership: Spot talent, coach, and engage staff. Develop and maintain succession plans, oversee all recruitment, selection, and assessment processes, and foster staff retention by rewarding performance.
- Financial Oversight: Review and set realistic budgets in collaboration with the Finance Manager. Ensure achievement of sales and profit targets. Manage stock forecasts, ordering, and expiry risks.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Coffee Department and Food Department to strategize and roll out new products. Oversee marketing and sales strategies, identify new trading opportunities, and coach teams to understand the link between sales and service.
- Business Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to evaluate business opportunities. Regularly analyze competitors to make informed decisions.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage warehouse stock inventory and ensure timely delivery distribution to stores. Oversee 3rd party deliveries across various locations.
- Innovation: Lead initiatives like loyalty apps, online ordering, and data-driven reports to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple departments, including marketing, creative, and training, to ensure seamless product roll-outs. Manage relationships with teams across regions through regular meetings and performance reviews.
- New Store Launches: Oversee the launch of new stores in various formats, ensuring they meet set sales targets. Actively support the Events team in planning and execution to exceed set sales and KPI targets.

- Master's Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a coffee chain.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in financial planning and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team development and engagement.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
