Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends in the perfume industry.

Operations Management

Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to production, quality control, and packaging, to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.

Supply Chain Management

Develop and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure a seamless flow of materials and products.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, keeping the company abreast of changes and developments in the regulatory environment.

Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience as an Operations Manager.
Industry Experience: Perfumes & Cosmetics – Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Mandate).
Quick and precise decision-making skills.
Handle P/L commercials for the company.
Experience with handling exports to multiple countries.
Open to candidates based abroad.
Strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational excellence and leadership.
Demonstrated ability to improve business performance, drive innovations and manage teams.
Nationality: Indian preferred.
Age criteria: 40 – 50 years.
