Our client is seeking a qualified and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support as a secretary.Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, providing a hospitable and professional reception experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives or managers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Word and Excel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
- Manage and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Smart Indian female candidates.
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or secretarial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
