Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a qualified and professional Receptionist cum HR to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support in HR-related functions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, providing a hospitable and professional reception experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives or managers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Word and Excel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
  • Manage and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Smart Indian female candidates.
  • Previous experience in handling HR responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
