Working Days & Timings: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 – 17:00 / Friday 7:30 – 15:00 (Lunch Time: 1hr)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify, investigate, and process warranty claims from dealers.
  • Analyze the root cause of technical problems and suggest the best solutions for dealers/customers.
  • Monitor the progress of current service projects, and communicate with the headquarters to align the understanding together.
  • Support dealers with day-to-day service operations.
  • Evaluate dealers’ service performances and abilities.
  • Cooperate with the Aftermarket Sales Team to provide the best uptime of equipment for end-users.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in developing new dealerships.
  • Put together service material for training of dealers/customers.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Service Manager in the construction equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent fluency in English.
  • Indian candidates are preferred.
  • Skillful in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook).
  • Ready for frequent business trips to neighboring countries in the Middle East and Africa.
