Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving business growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all assigned restaurants. Your exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for the food service industry will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, food quality, and customer satisfaction, taking necessary actions to address any areas of concern.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures to optimize efficiency and consistency across all restaurants.

Staff Management and Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, ensuring a high level of competency and professionalism.
  • Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate training and development programs.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels across all restaurants, effectively managing schedules and labor cost.

Financial Management
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for each restaurant, monitoring expenses, revenue, and profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to forecast sales, set pricing strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

Customer Service and Brand Representation
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a consistently exceptional dining experience across all restaurants.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, taking appropriate actions to address issues and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand management teams to ensure consistent brand representation and promotional activities.

Continuous Improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, cost efficiencies, and revenue growth, implementing innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and participate in process refinement.

Job Requirements:
  • Should possess 8 – 10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE of which 5 years as an Area Manager.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Any related degree.
  • Male/Female candidates aged between 30-45 of any nationality.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management/Any related degree.
  • Availability to Join: Immediate/1 month.
