Job Summary:
As a Wearpart Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Wearparts segment and developing new applications and markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and fabrication, with expertise in Laser Cutting, Press Braking, Machining, Welding, and Fabrication. The role involves regular customer meetings, technical training, reporting, and strategy development to increase customer reach and enhance product offerings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand the Wearparts business through market and application development.
  • Read and work with complex engineering drawings for accurate sales and estimating.
  • Engage in regular customer visits and technical discussions to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Plan and conduct technical training and workshops for end-users.
  • Follow up on business leads, provide accurate reports, and ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Identify and implement upgrading projects to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues regarding technical aspects and business strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in steel manufacturing and fabrication techniques.
  • Work with customers to enhance their business through advanced materials and technical support.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience with selling stainless steel/aluminum products.
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Mining Engineering.
  • Working experience in wear solutions offerings in the aftermarket.
  • Has experience with laser cutting, press braking, Machining welding, and fabrication (mandate).
  • 4‐5 years of experience from working in an end‐user segment (mining, cement, etc.) and in an international company is a merit.
  • Position consists of traveling on-site for customer visits, approximately 4 days per week.
  • A UAE Driving License is a must.
  • Open to travel within the GCC region.
