Sales Support Engineer

Our client is looking for a talented Mechanical/Electrical Engineer who is willing to experience the diversity of trading business in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy Fields:

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend Customer Calls, receive inquiries, evaluate them, and liaise with principals and suppliers to prepare the offer.
• Submit Official Offer to Customers.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders to suppliers.
• Liaise with Account Team to Prepare Performa Invoice / Commercial Invoice / Packing List / Review of Financial Documents (L/C).
• Coordinate with Logistics Companies & Forwarders to Manage All Activities of Import / Export.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering).
• Experience (College/Work) in the industrial field with a preference in Valves / Fittings / Pipes / Flanges in (Oil & Gas / Petrochem Field).
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent formal written and oral English.
• Eagerness to learn about (New products / Sales / Logistics).
• Ready to travel (when necessary).
• Arabic communication skills are preferred.
• Technical knowledge of valves/pumps / fittings is a plus.
• Digital Marketing knowledge (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Driving license is preferred.
