Job Brief:The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing commercial support to Sales Managers and collaborating closely with the Operations Managers to maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing offers, and following up on quotations. The individual will also oversee shipments from a sales perspective and ensure smooth business operations in collaboration with shipping companies and back-office staff.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Prepare offers and follow up on quotations until the deal is closed.
- Maintain daily communication with sourcing offices and clients.
- Monitor ongoing business and support Sales Managers in market expansion.
- Collaborate with finance teams to track and follow up on payments, including handling the timely submission of documents to the bank under LC terms.
- Report and track incoming payments for supported markets and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with shipping companies to oversee shipments and resolve any issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Software experience: SAP ARIBA is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office and other reporting/communication tools.
- Commercially oriented and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
