Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant specializing in Supplier Lifecycle Planning to oversee and ensure the quality of a significant implementation project. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning and a deep understanding of project quality assessment methodologies. The role involves working on-site, and fluency in Arabic is preferred to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP Ariba solutions.

Project Quality Assessment:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project quality assessment framework.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure project milestones are achieved with high quality.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues related to project quality.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project teams to align SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning with overall project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Generate regular reports on project quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning framework.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP Ariba.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Planning implementation and optimization.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project quality assessment and management.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and guide project teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
