Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead the implementation of Employee Central modules and ensure project quality throughout the entire lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central, and possess a deep understanding of project quality assessment methodologies. This position requires on-site presence, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring successful alignment with Employee Central functionalities.

Project Quality Assessment:
  • Develop and implement a robust project quality assessment framework for the entire Employee Central implementation project.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to project timelines, standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues related to project quality.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including HR leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project quality metrics, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with broader project objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Generate regular reports on project quality metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central framework.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP SuccessFactors.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central implementation and optimization.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project quality assessment and management.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide project teams and influence positive outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and changing priorities.
