Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation of Employee Central Payroll modules and ensure the highest standards of project quality throughout the implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the Employee Central Payroll domain, and possess a deep understanding of project quality assessment methodologies. This role requires on-site presence, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Implementation:
  • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central Payroll functionalities.

Project Quality Assessment:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project quality assessment framework for the entire Employee Central Payroll implementation project.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure project milestones, payroll accuracy, and compliance are met according to established quality standards.
  • Identify and proactively address potential risks and issues related to project quality.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including finance leaders, HR professionals, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Provide timely updates on project quality metrics, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with broader project objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Generate regular reports on project quality metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement and compliance.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll framework.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central Payroll implementation and optimization.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project quality assessment and management, particularly in the context of payroll systems.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex payroll concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide project teams and influence positive outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and changing priorities.
