Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an accomplished SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) Consultant to lead the implementation of SAP PPM modules and ensure the highest standards of project quality throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP PPM and possess a deep understanding of project quality assessment methodologies. This role requires on-site presence, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

SAP Enterprise PPM Implementation:
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Enterprise PPM modules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP PPM solutions.

Project Quality Assessment:
  • Develop and implement a robust project quality assessment framework for the entire SAP Enterprise PPM implementation project.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure project milestones, resource utilization, and deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and proactively address potential risks and issues related to project quality.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project quality metrics, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Enterprise PPM with broader project and organizational objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Enterprise PPM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Generate regular reports on project quality metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement and compliance.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the SAP Enterprise PPM framework.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP PPM and project management.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Enterprise PPM implementation and optimization.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project quality assessment and management, with a focus on portfolio and project management.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide project teams and influence positive outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and changing priorities.
