Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a background in selling premium chilled meats to upscale clients, including 5-star hotels, large supermarket chains, and high-end restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the meat industry, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of premium chilled meat products, including lamb, beef, veal, poultry, seafood, and pork, to luxury hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and clubs.
  • Maintain and grow the current customer portfolio by acquiring new accounts and building long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to manage receivables and ensure smooth financial operations with customers.
  • Identify and develop new product lines tailored to retail and hospitality clients, expanding into online business opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales managers and suppliers to procure raw materials internationally and partner with local processors for product customization.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the premium meat market.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, specifically within the chilled meats or foodservice industry, with a focus on high-end clientele.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience selling to 5-star hotels, large supermarket chains, and high-end restaurants. (Mandate)
  • Target Location: Northern Emirates
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Gender: Male
  • Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, or Nepali.
  • Age: 30-45 years preferred.
