Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and promote After Sales products and services to new and existing customers through effective marketing activities, promotional programs and campaigns.
  • Have an excellent understanding of technical and business aspects of Service over a large territory.
  • Closely build and develop customer relationships and loyalty, ensuring needs and expectations are being met and that services are developed to meet future customer needs.
  • Responsible for developing and managing the service department’s income and expenditure budgets, ensuring financial performance targets are met.
  • Oversee the handling of customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the dealership.
  • Manage personnel requirements within the service department, including recruitment of qualified employees, ongoing development and training for employees to meet the demands of the business and monitoring of apprentices, and conducting performance assessments.
  • Monitor market movements, trends, and demands, present and future needs and inform appropriate persons within the organization.
  • Work in cooperation with principals/manufacturers to achieve business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication.
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have 10 – 12 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred however, a maximum of up to 1-month notice period is accepted.
  • Must be in the UAE and available for F2F Interview.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
  • Male candidates are required.
  • Must have worked at a leading heavy equipment brand in the UAE & worldwide.
