Job Brief:The Stores Executive will manage inventory and supply chain processes within the facility. This role focuses on maintaining stock levels, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting plant administration as outlined in the Plant Administration Manual. The Stores Executive will be responsible for overseeing the Raw Materials (RM) Stores and the Bulk Storage Room/Distribution Center (BSR/DC), ensuring smooth operations for material handling, storage, and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:- Implement the requirements of the Plant Administration Manual.
- Handle Safety & Environmental needs related to the Raw Materials Stores (RM Stores) and Bulk Storage Room/Distribution Center (BSR/DC).
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain updated records of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
- Organize materials efficiently to prevent damage and loss.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for procurement and inventory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on stock status, consumption, and other metrics.
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
- Handle issues related to supply chain disruptions, stock discrepancies, or damage control.
Key Performance Indicators:- Zero detention and timely gate pass (Z-gate) reports.
- Minimal ERP/Operational issues and stock variances in raw materials.
- No Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) during audits.
- 100% dispatch accuracy, stock accuracy, and regular manning.
- Zero unsafe acts/conditions and minimal raw material damage.
Job Requirements:- 3-5 years in materials and warehouse management, inventory control, and store operations.
- Bachelor’s in Commerce or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient writing and conversational skills in English.
- Excellent data analysis and coordination capabilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and in-store operations.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with general safety practices.
- Passion for excellence, strong work ethic, and courage to take a stand.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges independently.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
