Job Brief:
Responsible for day-to-day fabrication-related management & effectively assist in the duties of a CNC Maintenance Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities of fabrication-related management:

• Coordinate sales team for the new projects & requirements for Duct-related works and communicating relevant information.
• Answering customer inquiries and following up with customers about their order status.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and plant team for the panel production of required items.
• Communicate with customers for the approval of the tag lists made by the workshop team.
• Forward the approved tag lists/drawings to the duct supplier (external fabricator) to prepare the calculation sheet for Ducting.
• Recheck the calculation/measurement sheet.
• If required send calculation sheet to customer and get approval or send proforma to customer
• Getting approvals from accounts (Credit limit - check all pending fabrication details and other section delivery plans as well).
• Prepare POL to suppliers and forward once approved to the supplier.
• Prepare GRN, invoice, and delivery note soon after receiving the delivery note from the supplier.
• Follow up on the signed delivery notes from the supplier and submit them to accounts.
• Submitting signed supplier invoices to accounts.
• Delivery follow-up from every supplier.
• Day-to-day Excel updating.
• Plan and develop work schedules in line with the order in hand.
• Complete all work in a safe manner and on time providing a quality end result.

Duties and responsibilities related to CNC machines:

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machines.
• Maintenance of the CNC machines.
• Train the customers on the operation of CNC machines.
• Train the customers on the fabrication of PalDuct or KDuct.
• Train the customers on joining the system of PalDuct or KDuct.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in the maintenance/service field or customer relationship, preferably in the fabrication industry.
• A UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC (ducting), and fabrication is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate and present at all levels.
• Team Management Skills.
• Strong business acumen – entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong networking and relationship building.
