Job Brief:
Our client, a prominent name in car enhancement services, is seeking a talented and experienced Workshop Supervisor. Specializing in window tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, car care, detailing, and polishing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring exceptional service quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring efficient allocation of jobs and maintaining high productivity.
• Service Delivery: Oversee the quality of services provided, ensuring customer satisfaction with every job.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for technicians to improve their skills in window tinting, PPF installation, car detailing, and other enhancement services.
• Job Allocation: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload, ensuring timely completion of all jobs.
• Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians, ensuring that all services meet the company's quality standards.
• Productivity Management: Optimize the productivity of the installer team, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
• Cost Control: Monitor and manage workshop expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising on service quality.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in window tinting, Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, car detailing, and polishing services, or other relevant automotive service industries.
• Total years of experience: 5+ years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor in tinting and PPF services (Mandate).
• Education: Bachelor's in Automotive Engineering.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Indian nationals are preferred for the role.
• Age: 30-35 years
• Gender: Male
