Mr. Sequeira is a multilingual, pragmatic, and
multifaceted professional with over 15 years of commercial and nonprofit
experience predominantly at the managerial level in the Information Technology,
Engineering, and Recruitment sectors, starting and/or acquiring companies, and
establishing joint ventures. His expertise has been gained working for
well-respected companies in markets spanning Australia, India, United States,
and United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Sequeira founded Agile Consultants in 2017,
with the sole intent to make the process of finding a job simple and easy.
Since then, Agile Consultants has grown to become one of UAE’s most trusted
names in the digital recruitment space.

An enthusiastic and passionate individual who focuses on the administrative duties within Agile Consultants. Having been associated with start-ups at an early stage in her career, she has developed skills to manage not only multiple departments but also customers from various backgrounds, including but is not limited to Sales, Finance, HR and Administration. Through these encounters, she chose to dive and grow into the current role that involves HR practices, overseeing operations within the company, client and customer service, and managing accounts.
Her vision for Agile Consultants is to be the
premier digital recruitment agency in the Middle East that maintains a human
touch. With that commitment, Ms. Hayzel vows to not only help candidates land
the best jobs but also listen to their difficulties and guide them in their
journey of job search.
During her free time, she enjoys singing, reading novels, learning to drum and has recently discovered that she loves hiking during her trek to Dudhsagar Falls, in Goa, India.
Ms. Ameenah’s journey with Agile Consultants began when she had first grabbed the opportunity of pursuing a recruitment internship in the year 2017. Understanding the needs of job seekers, Ms. Ameenah is now involved in business support services to help and guide job seekers through their job search process. A passion for recruitment and the happy smiles of her candidates on landing their desired job is what gives her joy.
Ms. Ameenah ensures to be as responsive as possible to all job seekers as she believes every individual is a potential candidate with the right guidance and opportunity. Based on her experience, Ms. Ameenah suggests that, “If you are on the lookout for new job opportunities, make sure you are always active & responsive. Some of the hobbies that Ms. Ameenah enjoys are long drives, playing badminton, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and listening to classic Hindi music.
Coming from a Business Administration background, Ms. Minoshka was always intrigued with how recruitment worked. It is like putting together a beautiful and complex puzzle. Recruiting is a varied role in which no two days are ever the same. The one thing Ms. Minoshka absolutely loves about recruitment and her role is the unique opportunity of being a Brand Ambassador representing Agile Consultants and being the direct point of contact between her clients and candidates.
One piece of advice that Ms. Minoshka would like to share with all jobseekers is, “Be true to yourself. Being authentic and knowing that you are responsible for your career development is by itself very empowering. There should be no end to learning. Keep learning to keep growing.

When not at work, you’ll find Ms. Minoshka reading, listening to podcasts, cooking, or just out there venturing around. She tries to minimize the screen time when outside of work, to give her eyes the rest that they deserve.
A dynamic recruiter whose educational background is mainly into Business. One of the modules during her undergraduate studies, which focused on Human Resources initiated her interest in this stream. Ms. Nanditha believes that employees are the foundation upon which an organization is built. Hence, finding the right employees becomes all the more important for the business to grow. This is where the work that she does becomes meaningful. Finding the candidate with the skill set required by the client takes a lot of effort, but at the end of the day, it provides her with a great satisfaction in knowing that she has not only helped the candidate in achieving their individual aspirations, but also the organization in achieving their future goals.
Ms. Nanditha’s advice to job seekers is to never give up in the face of rejection. She suggests, “Keep striving to be a better version of yourself. Always remember that another opportunity will come along, so even if you do not get selected for a role, do not be disheartened. Ms. Rachel has always been a people person. As a recruiter, she loves conversing with different people every day, getting to know them, their backgrounds and interests. One of her favourite parts about recruitment is making a job offer to someone who is super excited to receive it. Being a recruiter is not always easy, but our goal is to always find a way.

If Ms. Rachel is not recruiting, she’s probably dreaming of seeing as much of the world as she can. She also enjoys singing and even making covers of her favourite hits now and then.
Ms. Zerin has been brought up by an Indian family that has taught her from a young age the right values in life. This has enabled her to be a strong and independent woman who is always up for the challenges that come her way. Recruitment has really given her a sense of purpose. It is rewarding and it motivates her to help struggling job seekers and employees find the right organization that helps them grow. It also enables her to help companies find their perfect hires.
