Job Brief:
A leading organization in the HVAC industry is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant with 4–5 years of UAE experience, strong hands-on exposure to SAP, and thorough knowledge of VAT and accounts receivable/payable functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring VAT compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate financial records in line with UAE regulations and company policies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger postings, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of all bank and loan accounts with statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work extensively on SAP for accounting entries, reconciliations, reporting, and financial data management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, including VAT calculations, return filing, and proper documentation.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP Business is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in VAT compliance, filing, and documentation.
  • Practical experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Experience supporting audit processes is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
