Job Brief:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Accountant in Dubai to support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in maintaining compliance with UAE financial regulations. This role is well-suited for a junior to mid-level professional looking to grow within the real estate sector.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Handle expense tracking and cost allocation for projects.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial documentation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience (real estate experience is a plus).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English.
