Job Brief:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support daily accounting and treasury operations. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial processes, treasury coordination, reconciliations, and reporting.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy in financial recordkeeping, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations. Candidates with manufacturing industry exposure and strong communication skills will have an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
  • Support treasury operations, including monitoring cash flow, bank transactions, and payment processing.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation for management review.
  • Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding financial transactions and treasury-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial data is properly documented and updated.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely transactions and follow-ups.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and UAE accounting regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial information and records.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations.
  • UAE accounting experience is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English & Tagalog.
