Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Publish financial statements on time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Managing income and expenditure accounts.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Experience in managing day-to-day office petty cash.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Examine financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA as an Accountant is mandatory.
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is preferable.
  • Native Arab male candidates are required.
  • Immediate joiners are required.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Must have advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and other formulas etc.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with standard systems and software for invoicing and billing.
  • Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices.
  • Significant experience with office productivity applications, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems and approaches.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information.
