Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the overall financial health of the organization. The role requires expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.
• Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS (Management Information System) reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Use SAP B1 for financial transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com graduate / CMA / CA / CMA or CA Intermediate.
• Over 5-6 years of experience with a reputed company in the UAE, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with SAP B1 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and preparing monthly reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and MIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably on a visit visa and available to join immediately.
