Job Brief:
Our client in the service industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to support both accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting processes using Tally software, along with strong administrative coordination and multitasking abilities.

The role requires someone who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records, coordinate office administration tasks, and support smooth business operations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
  • Maintain and update accounting records using Tally software.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Prepare financial reports, expense records, and supporting documentation as required.
  • Coordinate administrative activities, including document management, filing, and office coordination.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, payments, contracts, and company documentation.
  • Support communication and coordination with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in handling office administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial and administrative information.
  • Support management with additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative and accounting experience, with at least 1 year of UAE experience.
  • Hands-on experience using Tally software for accounting functions is mandatory. Experience with Tally ERP 9 will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and administrative coordination.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Fluency in English & Tagalog.
