The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with clients, tenants, and vendors for appointments, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, tenancy documents, and other records.
- Assist with the preparation of property-related forms, agreements, and correspondence.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents and clients.
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, and spreadsheets as required.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
