Job Brief:
Our client, a real estate firm in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking to hire a proactive and organized Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to support daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients, tenants, and vendors for appointments, payments, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, tenancy documents, and other records.
  • Assist with the preparation of property-related forms, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents and clients.
  • Maintain and update databases, trackers, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or customer service sector.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable and confident making outbound calls and following up with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.
