Job Brief:

Our client is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to handle day-to-day administrative activities for the company’s operations within JAFZA, Dubai.

The Admin Officer will be responsible for liaising directly with JAFZA and Trakhees authorities, handling administrative requirements, regulatory approvals, permits, renewals, inspections, NOCs, applications, submissions, and related compliance documentation.

The ideal candidate must have previous administrative experience within JAFZA, with hands-on experience dealing directly with JAFZA and Trakhees authorities. Experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial facility would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities for the company’s operations within JAFZA.
  • Liaise directly with JAFZA authorities for company-related administrative requirements, applications, renewals, approvals, permits, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Trakhees for required approvals, permits, submissions, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on documentation with JAFZA, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities.
  • Ensure all licences, permits, approvals, and company documentation are maintained and renewed within the required timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to resolve administrative and regulatory matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, correspondence, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support general office administration and other operational requirements as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role within JAFZA is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience dealing directly with JAFZA authorities is mandatory.
  • Experience handling Trakhees approvals and related processes is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of JAFZA administrative procedures, documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience dealing directly with JAFZA and Trakhees authorities, preferably for a manufacturing/industrial facility, including regulatory approvals, permits, renewals, inspections, NOCs, and related compliance documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must be comfortable working 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
