Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement pricing models and strategies tailored to the unique requirements of 5PL logistics services, considering factors such as multi-party logistics coordination, value-added services, and supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and HQ bidding standards across branches, maintaining objectivity, efficiency, and fairness to prevent any potential violations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and regulatory changes affecting the logistics sector.
  • Assess pricing deliveries to ensure adherence to regulations and internal best practices, and propose and escalate remedial actions when necessary.
  • Provide support for existing pricing compliance processes and controls, assisting in their execution as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales and account management teams in negotiating pricing agreements with customers and vendors, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Develop training materials and manuals related to company regulations and policies, and conduct training sessions as required.
  • Review compliance risks, such as handling dangerous goods, restricted items, embargoed countries, denied entities, and export controls. Monitor sanctioned entities for trade compliance.
  • Manage the procurement database, ensuring accuracy and keeping it updated with the latest information.
  • Provide pricing and contract management support as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related business field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in similar roles within the logistics industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of pricing compliance and logistics operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel skills, including the ability to analyze data, create complex spreadsheets, and generate reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review pricing deliveries and identify compliance issues or discrepancies.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including willingness to work late hours and weekends if required to meet project deadlines or address urgent compliance matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
