Job Brief:
A reputable engineering consultancy is seeking an Architect – Civil with a minimum of 3 years of UAE consultancy experience. The role involves handling architectural design, authority submissions, multidisciplinary coordination, and site support for G+4 / G+5 residential and commercial building projects.
The successful candidate will ensure all architectural designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes while supporting the project team throughout the design and construction phases.

Job Responsibilities:
Architectural Design & Planning

• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
• Develop layouts, elevations, sections, and finishing details in compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE codes.
• Ensure designs align with client requirements and project specifications.

Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare and review architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with drafting teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with approved designs and project standards.

Authority Submissions & Coordination

• Prepare and submit the required documentation to the Dubai Municipality and the relevant authorities.
• Respond to authority comments and ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration and regulatory compliance.

Site Support & Quality Assurance

• Provide site support during construction.
• Attend site visits and coordination meetings.
• Resolve architectural issues arising during execution while ensuring design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
