Job Brief:
Our client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities for the HVAC division across North Africa, with a focus on Morocco. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality products and services. This position will be officially under the company’s Dubai office employment documentation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals and market demands.
  • Plan, organize, and execute sales activities for the division’s products.
  • Identify potential clients, initiate visits, and deliver effective presentations.
  • Maintain and update the client database on a regular basis.
  • Explain product features, options, warranties, and after-sales services to customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and collection of payments.
  • Assist in preparing the annual sales plan in line with management’s instructions.
  • Define sales areas, targets, and strategies for client acquisition.
  • Review tender documents, quotations, specifications, and sales contract conditions.
  • Supervise invoice submission and ensure receipt of cheques or L/C copies from clients.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations to secure purchase orders.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients prior to drafting purchase orders.
  • Prepare formal tender submissions for the Division Manager’s approval.
  • Provide weekly work reports aligned with the sales plan.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Division Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 7+ years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, market trends, and client requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients across Morocco.
  • Must be currently based in Morocco.
  • Flexibility to travel within North Africa and to the United Arab Emirates as required.
