We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support business development, project execution, and service operations across a range of ELV systems. The role involves generating new business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, managing ELV projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the growth and performance of the ELV division.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities across ELV sectors, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS/Building Automation Systems, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, and Fiber Optic solutions.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with client requirements.
  • Manage ELV project design, installation, testing, commissioning, technical support, and after-sales service and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.
  • Develop and supervise the ELV division team while overseeing daily operational activities.
  • Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to expand the company’s ELV portfolio and market presence.
  • Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and execution activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for ELV systems and installations.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in ELV systems, including at least 2-3 years in a senior, supervisory, or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in ELV sales, business development, project management, and service management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS/Building Automation Systems, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, and Fiber Optic solutions.
  • Well-experienced in business development, estimation, project execution, and service management.
  • Strong project planning, execution, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ELV-related software tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.
