Job Brief:We are hiring a
Commodities Assistant Sales Manager with 5–7 years of experience in trading rice, palm oil, grains, and related commodities. Candidates must have strong sales skills, a client network in the Middle East, and a willingness to travel. A proven track record in generating sales and meeting targets is essential.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end sales process for commodities such as rice, palm oil, sunflower seeds, barley, poultry feed, and other grains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across the Middle East.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales volume and market presence.
- Travel across assigned markets to meet clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to formulate effective sales plans.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and coordinate with internal teams for logistics, documentation, and delivery.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, with a consistent focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
