Job Brief:

We are hiring for an Associate job in Dubai to support our client’s audit, advisory, and consulting teams within the professional services sector. This role offers early‑career UAE Nationals the opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure across financial reporting, risk management, governance, and strategic advisory projects.

This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates who are eager to build their professional capabilities. The organization provides services across three primary areas:
  • Audit & Assurance: Delivering high-quality audit services and technical assurance solutions.
  • Advisory: Supporting clients through consulting, risk advisory, transformation initiatives, forensic services, valuations, and digital advisory.
  • Tax: Providing expertise in corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance aligned with the UAE’s evolving tax environment.

NOTE: In line with Emiratization requirements, this opportunity is focused on UAE Nationals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client research to understand business operations, industry trends, regulatory environments, and potential risks affecting client organizations.
  • Support the planning and execution of audit, advisory, and consulting engagements under the guidance of senior team members and managers.
  • Review client documentation, perform audit procedures, and maintain complete, organized, and accurate working papers in line with engagement standards.
  • Assist in fieldwork activities for internal audit, risk assessments, regulatory reviews, and consulting assignments, depending on project requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to identify potential risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare structured reports, analysis summaries, and engagement documentation for client presentations and internal reviews.
  • Respond to client queries professionally and maintain strong working relationships throughout project engagements.
  • Participate in engagement meetings, including planning discussions, status updates, and project close-out sessions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, methodologies, and client-facing presentations for potential new engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues through written reports, presentations, and meetings.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Degrees in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines may be preferred for specialist tracks such as financial compliance, regulatory advisory, or tax services.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent academic performance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, financial reporting, or audit processes is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different teams.
  • Interest in professional services, consulting, risk advisory, audit, or tax advisory environments.
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and digital tools, including AI-enabled research or analysis tools, is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to handling confidential client information responsibly.
  • Must have a family book.
